Cats, Cats, and More Cats!
Somebody had the ridiculous idea that today should be A Day Without Cats! So, they deemed 9/9/09 as a day of cat-free web surfing! Being part of the wonderful community of Catster for over three years, I am disappointed that The Cat's Meow Blog would participate in a day of cat-free anything!
So, in complete contrast to that crazy idea, I have declared The Cat in the Clover as a day of cat cuteness . . . . . . . because with all the bad stuff in the world, you can never have enough cuteness to brighten your life!

I couldn't agree with you more Laura! I didn't know it until I saw something on Twitter. I thought 'what a stupid thing!' How does being cat-free equate with 9/9/09?
Oh man, you should have seen the gorgeous hunk of man-cat I saw today at my new job!!! He's an orange Maine Coon who is over 20 lbs! A good portion of that is because he is over fed but his head is huge and he sits so tall! I just want to bring him home! His name is Maxx and I would say his tummy is maxxed out! LOL!
Don't they realize we'd there would be no internet if it weren't for all the cats who motivated all the developers in the world by sitting on their monitors and keyboards?
Sheesh - no gratitude.
Well, we are glad we saw all these cats today because they made us smile!
