Premio Meme Award!

Thanks to Jill at Just Me Jill for the Premio Meme Award. The rules of the award are to share seven facts about myself and then pass the award to seven others.

So, I thought I'd share seven facts about The Cat in the Clover!

1. The Cat in the Clover was named after my kitty Violet. Before Violet became an indoor cat, he loved following me around in the yard while I worked. We have a lot of clover at the back of our property, and one day while he was out with me, the name popped into my head.

2. The Cat in the Clover evolved into an Etsy shop. It has had previous lives: Princess Birthday Parties, and DVD slideshows set to music.

3. It is very rewarding to see a customer snoozing on one of my beds or in a snooze sack.

4. I wish there were more hours in the day to spend on creating items for the shop.

5. The furry supervisors in the house love helping with the creations!

6. It is hard to resist any fabric with cats on it!

7. Our Catster friends have been so supportive, and we love all of them!

I'll pass the award on to the cat blogs I love:

1. Beaded Tail

2. 365 Cat Ladies

3. Jake & Micah - Adventures in Catnip

4. All About Cats

5. Alley Cat Rescue

6. Jeter Harris

7. Purr Prints

Yeah for getting an award!

I LOVE the patriotic kitty pics - so cute and funny :)

Well, about the laundry room. I've decided to sell my house so probably should repaint the entire room again :( Chocolate sounds like a very good color choice though and I just might do that! Thanks so much for the suggestion.
